⏰ 1. Wake Up Without Scrolling

I try to wake up around 6:30 AM, and the first rule? No phone for the first 30 minutes. Instead, I take a few deep breaths, stretch in bed, and give myself a few moments of stillness before the day begins.

🛏️ 2. Make the Bed – Tiny Win, Big Energy

Making the bed may seem small, but it gives me a sense of order and a “win” right at the start of the day. Plus, it makes the bedroom feel instantly calmer.
